Founded by Md. Sahinur Rahman, Honorable Director of the Foundation (widely known as Md. Shaheen Sardar), with Md. Imran Sardar serving as the Chief Operations Manager, Ujjibito Foundation Bangladesh is a social enterprise dedicated to fostering sustainable community development and social empowerment.
Established on October 4, 2025, Ujjibito began its journey through online initiatives with a clear mission: to support new entrepreneurs in starting and growing their small businesses under the Enterprises for Good model; to empower underprivileged women in rural areas through access to information, skills, and opportunities; to assist poor and meritorious students in pursuing their education; and to support orphaned and homeless individuals in building a dignified life.
